TrendMicro OfficeScan 8

  1. Open the server OfficeScan Web Console.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Networked Computers, then Client Management.
  3. In the client tree, highlight the network entity you want to apply the exclusion to. You may select a top-most OfficeScan Server or a domain. Do not select individual computers except you want to exclude Boss Everyware for a particular computer only.
  4. Click Settings, then click the Spyware/Grayware Approved List menu item.
  5. In the Spyware/Grayware Approved List, type bossev into the Search field, then click Search.
  6. In the search result list, select Spyware_KEYL_BossEveryware and click Add.
  7. Click Apply to all Clients, then Close.
