Report Manager

Formatting data and keystrokes options

Click to open the 'Data format' page of the report settings panel:

If checked, all URLs will be shown as they are, including sub-domain, query parameters (if any), etc. If cleared, URLs are shortened to their domain name. E.g.http://home.nnnnn.com/main/register/membership/1,271,-nnnnncom,00.html?od=www&mn=&sr=ex.email.g0 will be shown as http://home.nnnnn.com. This is useful if you group data by visited URLs.

If checked, the 'Applications' column will contain the path and file name of applications, otherwise it contains only the file name.

If checked, all blank fields will be filled with [N/A].

To make the following options available, include 'Keystrokes' field in the list of visible columns.

If checked, the Keystrokes field will contain a reconstruction of typed text, without non-character keys like [PGUP] or [ENTER]. If cleared, the Keystrokes field will show all keys pressed.

For easier reading of large keystrokes data, it can be shown below the grid in a separate memo field.

'Linked to row' - Keystrokes memo shows only keystrokes typed within selected record (row) in the report grid.

'All at once' - Keystrokes memo shows all keystrokes contained in the report.
