To define data selection rules, click . This opens the 'Filter' page of the 'Report settings' panel:

This example means "show all information about work on Excel for all users except Jack from 8:00am 1-Mar-2001 to 5:00pm 31-Mar-2001 and show only windows which were active for longer than 5 seconds".
