Report Settings - Sorting data

By default, the data in a report are shown chronologically. If more than one log file is used, the data from each file are shown below the data from the previous one.

You can sort the report by a single column by clicking on its title.

If you would like to sort the report by several columns, open the Sort page and set the column sorting order:

When the data are grouped:

  • The columns Duration, Start time and Keystrokes are not available for sorting.
  • If the Sum time option is on, you can sort the last outline level data by Total Time.
  • The sort order of columns is defined by the order of grouping, i.e. if the data are grouped by Date, then by Application, the first sorted column will be Date even if the Application column is the first one in the sort list.
