Grouping data
Use grouping data to get summarized reports.
Click to open the
Columns page of the report settings panel, then select the checkbox. Now define the required grouping order, which
is the same as the column order in the visible columns list. Below are two examples of the same data reported with different columns order:

To show the total duration for each group, select the checkbox. To sort the last outline level by total duration, click the Sort tab and select the Total Time column in the sorted columns list.
To show the time of the last and first user action in the group, select .
To group by the user activity status instead of by Application, select . The report will be totaled as:

In summarized reports, the columns are always sorted by their grouping order, even if the Sort page lists the columns in a different order.
