Use grouping data to get summarized reports.
Click
to open the Columns page of the Report Settings panel:

After that define the required grouping order, which is the same as the column order in the list of
Visible columns. Below are two examples of the same data reported with different columns order:
To show the total duration for each group, check the

To sort the last outline level by total duration, click the Sort tab and select the Total Time column
in the list of the sorted columns.
To show the time of the last and first user action in the group, check the

To group by the user activity status instead of by Application, check the
. The report will be totaled as:

in the list of the sorted columns. In summarized reports, other columns are always sorted in their grouping order, even
if the Sort page lists the columns in a different order.
