Report Manager

Arranging columns

Each record (row) in the log file contains ten information fields, which can be displayed as columns in a report. These fields are:

Date - - Date of window activation
Start Time -- Time of window activation
Duration
- - How long the window was active (HH:MM:SS)
Computer
- - Computer name
User - - User login name
Application - - Program file name or user activity status
Main Window -- Program main window caption
Active Window - - Active window caption
URL - - URL (written if Application is a Web-browser)
Keystrokes -- Keys which were hit while the window was active

You can set column order and visibility from the 'Columns' page of the report settings panel. Click to open this page:

There are two column lists: all the columns in the left list will be displayed in the report grid; the columns in the right list will not be displayed. The leftmost column in the report is the first one in the list. To move a visible column, change its place in the list using drag-and-drop, or the and buttons. To hide or show a column, move it to the appropriate list with drag-and-drop, or by clicking on  the and buttons.

The 'Columns' page of the report settings panel is also used to define grouping rules.

To set the columns widths, open 'Display' page: . There are three options you can choose from:

As Is - save current column widths. Useful to save widths which were altered by drag-and-drop directly on the grid.

Auto fit - width of each column is automatically set to show all column content.

Auto, max width: ... - the same as Auto fit, except the width cannot exceed the specified value.
